Marlowe was born, raised and educated in the Philippines. After finishing his post-graduate studies, he worked in a government legal office and taught in some universities in Manila, Philippines. In late 2011, he and his family decided to move permanently to Canada.
After being called to the Alberta Bar in summer of 2017, Marlowe started his law practice in a midsize law firm and thereafter embarked a solo legal practice in many areas of law.
